3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt

- 3 oz package instant dry vanilla
pudding mix
3 Tbsp. butter, softened

Use a mixer to beat the ingredients for 2
minutes and pour into a greased pie pan. Use a
spatula to distribute the crust dough over the
bottom and sides of the pan. For the
filling, drain 1, 20 oz can of peaches and
reserve the juice. Place the peaches in the pan,
over the dough.
Beat together:
1 8 oz package of cream cheese

cup sugar

Tbsp of the juice from the peaches
Spoon this mixture onto the center of the fruit,
leaving 1" of the fruit visible around the edge
of the pie. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2
tsp cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350º
